INFINITi MODULAR offers 05 to 10 years of warranty for eligible modular furniture products to the original purchaser against any manufacturing defect. The warranty applies to products manufactured and supplied after 1st January, 2023.

Warranty Information

Being customer-centric is one of our core values. We provide warranty for selected grades of our products. During manufacturing we procure quality raw materials such as plywood, HDHMR panels, adhesives, laminates and hardware, and our production team with over 10 years of expertise follows strict guidelines to ensure consistent product quality. After delivery, our dedicated support team remains available for any service requirements.

Warranty Period

This warranty is given to the initial purchaser of new products purchased from INFINITi MODULAR or its authorised associates. The warranty remains valid while the product is owned and operated by the original purchaser or their associate companies, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

INFINITi MODULAR shall not be liable for loss, damages, or penalties resulting from failure to perform obligations due to force majeure or causes beyond reasonable control. INFINITi MODULAR is not responsible for costs of unauthorized repairs undertaken by the purchaser without written approval. We disclaim any liability for inconvenience occurring directly or indirectly.
